Outbound Insurance Sales Advisor Remote

We are recruiting experienced Outbound Telesales Advisors to join a growing remote sales team.
The Role:

• Outbound sales calls to existing customers
• Selling household electrical insurance products
• Explaining features and benefits clearly and compliantly
• Working to targets in a structured, supportive environment

What's On Offer:

• Salary: 24,500 per annum
• Bonus: Average 8,000 per year
• Permanent, full-time contract
• Monday to Friday, fixed shift pattern
• Fully remote / work from home
• 6 weeks' paid training

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months telesales experience in one role within the last 3 years
• Comfortable in an outbound, target-driven role
• Strong communication and customer focus
• Ability to work independently from home
