- 5+ years of experience in medical device sales and 2+ years in adult training and delivery
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and adult learning principles
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven skills in program development, training measurement, and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
- Experience in curriculum design and facilitation in a medical sales environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
- Familiarity with sales technologies such as Salesforce and microlearning tools
