• Make outbound calls to connect with potential customers (warm + cold leads)
• Educate clients on auto, home, and life insurance options
• Quote and sell policies while building long‑term relationships

• Current United States based insurance producer license
• Outbound calling experience
• Competitive and hungry for career growth

• Communication and persuasion skills; proficiency in using CRM software
• Basic understanding of insurance products or willingness to learn
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads
• Professional and courteous telephone manner

This is a remote position.

Compensation $16.00 - $40.00 per hour.
