About the Role

We are seeking a outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our team as a Virtual CSR Agent
. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours, ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships and helping clients secure their financial futures.

What You’ll Do

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
• Educate clients on insurance options using a customer‑focused, needs‑based approach
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
• Collaborate with management to achieve marketing and sales goals
• Maintain a strong work ethic and total commitment to success

• Sales experience preferred (outside/inside sales, retail, or telemarketing)
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• People‑oriented, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented
• Able to learn computer functions and work in a team environment
• Ability to multitask and make presentations to potential customers
• Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain; approx. $200 investment for course, exam, and licensing)

• Commission, bonuses, and residuals
• Commission paid every Friday via direct deposit
