Position: Remote Sales Representative (150K+ Top-Tier Earning Potential)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers for personal line auto and home insurance policies
  • Educate customers on insurance policy details such as coverage and pricing
  • Prepare and bind quotes through various insurance carriers
  • Effectively problem-solve and handle objections to facilitate customer purchases
  • Provide high-energy, attentive conversations with customers to match policies to their needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Passion for helping others
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings
  • Must obtain a P&C license within 2 weeks after starting
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Familiarity with insurance products and services

    Experience working in a remote environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup atmosphere
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
