• Foster strong customer relationships by being responsive and following up on open quotes to close sales

• Contribute to a high-performing sales culture by managing daily work activities with confidence and efficiency
• Balance inbound sales calls with outbound communications to ensure successful sales outcomes

• Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
• Call center experience
• Experience in Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills, along with proficiency in computer usage
• Goal-oriented and metric-focused mindset

• Bilingual (Spanish speaking)
