The Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to fuel new business growth and build long-term client relationships.
This is a consultative sales position where you’ll engage with senior decision-makers, understand their operational challenges, and present tailored technology solutions that deliver genuine business value. It’s an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional looking to accelerate their career within the IT sector and make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and Linked In outreach
Build, manage, and maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline
Qualify leads and support wider business development initiatives
Develop and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system
Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth journey from initial engagement through to deal closure
About You
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
Target-driven, resilient, and highly self-motivated
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in your approach
Confident using CRM systems and modern sales tools
Ambitious, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a high-performance environment
