Position: Sales Executive Partner, Small Law

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Promote and sell products such as Westlaw and Practical Law through outbound calls to small law firm customers
  • Manage inbound leads and prospect for new opportunities while applying consultative sales techniques
  • Achieve and exceed sales and telephone activity goals through effective negotiations
  • Demonstrate online products during pre‑sales calls using web‑based tools
  • Log call information and sales activity accurately within the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales quota attainment experience
  • Experience in a prospecting or cold calling environment
  • Strong sales process and negotiating skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with  experience strongly preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • College degree in business, sales, or a related field
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation skills
  • Experience in pipeline management within a CRM environment
  • Ability to adapt and embrace change effectively
  • Knowledge of legal services or technology industry
