As an Admission Counselor, you will be on the front lines helping prospective students understand how RevoU can help them achieve their career goals — while also reaching your own personal sales targets.

🎯More specifically you will:

  • Work toward and achieve weekly personal sales targets as well as monthly revenue goals.
  • Interact directly with prospective students via phone, Whats App, or video calls to understand their background, challenges, and career goals.
  • Communicate the value and benefits of RevoU programs and help them choose the most suitable program.
  • Manage and nurture the prospect pipeline from lead stage to enrollment.
  • Educate and consult prospects about program features, payment schemes, and the learning process at RevoU.

Please note:

This role requires regular in-office presence. We’re looking for candidates who are able to work from our Jakarta office as part of a Work From Office (WFO) setup.

In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • Fresh graduates are very welcome to apply.
  • Target-oriented – strong drive to hit sales goals
    . If you can hit 100%, let’s aim for 200%!
  • Communicative and confident in delivering consultations and information both verbally and in writing to customers.
  • High empathy & consultative selling skills — able to deeply listen and understand others’ needs.
  • Growth mindset and eagerness to learn — especially about sales, digital education, and mastering product knowledge and offerings.
  • Experience in sales, telesales, or similar roles is preferred. Experience in education is a plus (but not required).
  • Willing to work offline
    /work-from-office in Jakarta.
