The RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients to drive sales and deliver tailored IT solutions that meet their specific business needs. You will act as a strategic partner to your clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development:
Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach. - Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and account growth. - Solution Selling:
Conduct thorough needs assessments and present customised IT service solutions to potential clients. - Negotiation:
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiating contracts and closing agreements. - Market Awareness:
Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position the company's services. - Collaboration:
Work closely with the internal technical team to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of services. - CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.
- Experience:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Business Development Manager within the IT services industry. - Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Client Focus:
Strong relationship management skills and a natural ability to understand and solve client pain points. - Results-Driven: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Attributes:
Self-motivated, highly strategic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - Tools:
Familiarity with CRM software and modern sales tools. - Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Mobility:
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
