Sales Agent 💰 Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $1,500 USD/month - $1,750 USD/month + commissions based on experience
Engagement: Contractor position

Schedule: 8:00am–5:00pm CST or 9:00am–6:00pm CST

Latino Legends is seeking a Sales Agent on behalf of one of our U.S.
-based clients, a growing real estate investment and operations firm focused on manufactured housing communities.
This role is responsible for converting inbound housing leads into qualified prospects, appointments, and completed home sales
. Success in this position requires disciplined outbound calling, consistent follow-up, accurate pipeline management, and clear communication with U.S.
-based prospects and internal teams.
This is a high-accountability, execution-driven role
. Responsiveness, follow-through, and daily sales activity are critical to supporting occupancy and revenue goals.
Handle the majority of inbound leads entering the sales pipeline
Maintain consistent outbound calling activity throughout the workday
Contact all new inbound leads the same business day they are received
Return missed calls promptly and follow up persistently
Move prospects forward through application, approval, and sale with urgency and professionalism
Accurately document all calls, notes, and next steps in the CRM
Ensure lead stages reflect real-time status at all times
Maintain a clean, active pipeline with no stale or unworked leads
Complete all scheduled follow-ups on or before their due date
Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects regarding available homes, pricing, park guidelines, and next steps
Set and manage appointments, tours, and follow-up conversations
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone and messaging channels
Work closely with park managers, marketing, and operations teams to support move-ins and occupancy
Flag issues that may impact a sale, including inventory availability, timing, or approvals
Ensure smooth handoff of qualified prospects throughout the sales process
Remain actively available during assigned working hours
Monitor inbound calls and messages consistently
Respond promptly to internal team communications
Consistent daily outbound calling activity
Same-day contact for all new inbound leads
Accurate, real-time CRM updates
Timely and reliable follow-through on all assigned tasks
Ability to manage multiple active prospects without losing momentum or visibility
Professional-level English proficiency (written and verbal) required
Comfort communicating directly with U.S.
-based customers and internal teamsAbility to understand tone, urgency, and nuance in sales conversations
Prior sales, customer service, or call-center experience preferred
Experience in real estate or manufactured housing sales is a plus, but not required
Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with prospects
Comfortable handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Comfortable using CRM systems and structured workflows
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment
Flexibility is required
Availability to work weekends and U.S. holidays may be required based on business needs
Leads are contacted quickly and worked consistently
Pipeline is clean, accurate, and actively progressing
Prospects feel informed, supported, and responded to
Sales activity is visible, measurable, and reliable
The sales function contributes meaningfully to occupancy and revenue goals
