What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team to facilitate the sales acquisition process, including building leads and scheduling follow-ups

  • Familiarity with Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in time management and computer usage
  • Goal-oriented and metric-focused mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus
  • Previous experience in a sales role or customer service environment
  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
