• Support a high-performing sales environment by managing daily activities with confidence and efficiency
• Engage in inbound sales calls and manage outbound communications to close sales

• Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade, along with a competitive nature
• Call center experience preferred
• Familiarity with Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in time management and computer usage
• Goal-oriented and metric-focused mindset

• Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus
• Previous experience in a sales role or customer service environment
• Demonstrated ability to balance multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
