• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
• Insurance industry experience and knowledge
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings and some company holidays
• Proven self-discipline and self-reliance to work without direct supervision
• Life and Health Insurance License required at the time of hire

• Contact center experience and knowledge
• Bilingual competency in English and Spanish
• Proven ability to follow a customized sales process
• Strong desire to succeed with a track record of over-achieving sales targets
• Experience using successful sales techniques
