-F.) with one hour lunch break.

This role leads the development, implementation, and oversight of pricing strategies across ocean, air, and ground freight. The goal is to maximize profitability and market share by ensuring prices remain competitive, flexible, and aligned with market conditions and costs. The ideal candidate deeply understands the global freight market and works closely with sales, operations, and procurement teams.

Fluency in English / Mandarin (Chinese)

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Must pass criminal background check.

Excellent analytical ability to interpret complex data, spot market trends, and craft effective pricing strategies.

Capable of handling highly sensitive inquiries or complaints with tact and responsiveness.

Proven ability to maintain relationships with air/ocean carriers and domestic transportation carriers (drayage and long haul).

Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to manage relationships with carriers and clients.

Passionate about developing and supporting team members.

Excellent at building and maintaining customer relationships.
