Commercial Insurance Call Center Sales Support Specialist

• Partner with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process, including building leads and scheduling call‑back to small business owners
• Prioritize customer relationships by being responsive and following up on open quotes to close sales
• Sell the employer's value proposition, including its history and additional coverages
• Support the sales culture by managing daily work activities with confidence and agility

• Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
• Call center experience preferred
• Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance experience is a plus
• Goal‑oriented and metric‑focused with strong organizational skills
• Comfort in balancing inbound sales calls with outbound and email communications

• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
• Previous experience in a call center environment
