- Support a high-performing sales culture by prioritizing and managing daily work activities
- Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
- Call center experience preferred
- Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance experience is a plus
- Goal-oriented and metric-focused with outstanding organization and time management skills
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus
- Experience in balancing inbound sales calls alongside outbound communications
- Proven ability to operate confidently and nimbly in a sales environment
