• Partner with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process, including building leads and scheduling call‑backs
• Build strong relationships with customers and follow up on open quotes to close sales
• Position and sell the employer's value proposition, including various coverages and billing models
• Support a high‑performing sales culture by managing daily work activities with confidence
• Handle inbound sales calls and balance outbound and email communications to close sales

• Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
• Call center experience
• Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance experience
• Goal‑oriented and metric‑focused with outstanding organization and time management skills
• Comfort with balancing inbound sales calls and communications

• Bilingual (Spanish speaking)
• Experience in a competitive sales environment
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with desk management
