Position: Small Commercial Insurance Call Center Sales Support Specialist

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team to support the sales acquisition process by building leads and managing customer interactions
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by building strong relationships, following up on quotes, and effectively closing sales
  • Communicate The Hartford's value proposition to potential clients
  • Maintain a high level of organization and manage daily work activities efficiently
  • Engage in inbound sales calls while balancing outbound communications to achieve sales goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Strong natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Experience in Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance is a plus
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on metrics and performance
  • Outstanding organization, desk management, and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) a plus
  • Previous experience in a sales role within the insurance industry
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
