• Prioritize customer relationships by being responsive and following up on open quotes to close sales
• Communicate The Hartford's value proposition and additional coverages to potential clients
• Actively support a high-performing sales culture by managing daily work activities effectively
• Balance inbound sales calls along with outbound and email communications to close sales

• Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
• Call center experience
• Goal-oriented and metric-focused with outstanding time management skills
• Strong organization and computer skills
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus

• Experience in Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance
• Competitive nature with a strong desire to win in the marketplace
