• Balance inbound sales calls with outbound and email communications to achieve sales goals

• Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
• Call center experience
• Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance experience
• Strong organizational, desk management, time management, and computer skills
• Goal-oriented and metric-focused mindset

• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) skills
• Previous experience in a sales environment
• Familiarity with small business insurance products
