Position: Small Commercial Insurance Call Center Sales Support Specialist

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process, including lead building and scheduling callbacks
  • Prioritize customer relationships by responding to inquiries and following up on open quotes

  • Support a high-performing sales culture by managing daily work activities with confidence

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
  • Call center experience
  • Experience in Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance
  • Strong organizational, time management, and computer skills
  • Goal-oriented and metric-focused mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bilingual (Spanish speaking) skills
  • Previous experience in a sales environment
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry and its products
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers quickly
  • Strong competitive nature and desire to succeed
