- Goal-oriented and metric-focused mindset
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) skills
- Previous experience in a sales environment
- Familiarity with the insurance industry and its products
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers quickly
- Strong competitive nature and desire to succeed
