• Partner with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process by building leads, accepting inbound calls, assigning leads, and scheduling call-backs to small business owners
• Build strong relationships with customers and be responsive through various communication channels, including online chat
• Communicate sales outcomes effectively to the Inside Sales Team and follow up on open quotes
• Promote the employer's value proposition and additional coverages to potential clients
• Manage daily work activities confidently while prioritizing tasks effectively

• Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade, along with a competitive nature and strong desire to win
• Call center experience
• Experience in Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance
• Ability to balance inbound sales calls with outbound communications to close sales
• Outstanding organization, desk management, time management, and computer skills

• Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus
