Business Development, Client Relationship Manager
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of Resideo’s product portfolio across Norway and Sweden. This includes strengthening relationships with existing wholesale and distribution partners, identifying cross‑selling opportunities across Water, Air, and Security product lines, and leading efforts to secure new revenue streams from installers.
You will play a key role in expanding market presence, generating demand, and differentiating Resideo through strategic engagement and product expertise.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to market development, consistently identifying and securing new business opportunities while cultivating long‑term customer relationships.
Frequent travel across Norway and Sweden is required to maintain close customer engagement and drive regional growth.
Job Duties- Lead strategic sales and business development initiatives for Resideo across Norway and Sweden, driving market penetration and revenue growth
- Manage and grow relationships within our established wholesale and distributor network, ensuring long‑term customer satisfaction through regular in‑person meetings, proactive communication, and tailored support
- Champion the Resideo Water portfolio, while actively identifying and executing cross‑selling opportunities for Air and Security solutions to maximise account value
- Cultivate strong partnerships with installers, leveraging wholesale and distribution networks to expand reach and influence at the point of installation
- Generate market demand by elevating brand visibility and presence in Norway and Sweden, through targeted campaigns, events, and local engagement strategies
- Differentiate Resideo from competitors by delivering impactful product training and sharing deep technical knowledge, positioning our solutions as the preferred choice in the market
- Continuously monitor and evaluate personal sales performance, striving to meet and exceed targets through proactive planning and execution
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—locally and internationally—including Product Management and Marketing to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Prepare insightful management reports that reflect sales performance and market dynamics, analysing trends, identifying root causes of deviations, and recommending actionable improvements in sales and marketing strategies
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding Resideo’s footprint and accelerating market share growth
- Provide support for inside sales activities as needed
- A strong background in product sales, with a proven track record of growing revenue streams through acquiring new customers and identifying cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts
- A proactive mindset and a passion for driving growth and market development
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Norway and Sweden to engage with customers
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives
- Fluency in both Norwegian and English
- Industry knowledge in heating controls, HVAC, or water‑related products—such as thermostats, balancing valves, pressure‑reducing valves, chimes, backflow prev enters, or similar technologies
- Proven experience selling to installers, wholesalers, and distribution partners, with a strong understanding of the dynamics and decision‑making processes within these channels
- Flexible remote working, with access to our Drammen office when needed for collaboration or meetings
