Military Education Consultant

• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual recruitment goals
• Provide excellent customer service to current and potential students
• Maintain expert knowledge of all educational courses and programs
• Conduct three or more hours of student talk time daily, or make 50+ outbound calls if not met
• Utilize Salesforce to manage a successful pipeline of prospective students

• Military Veteran or currently serving in the National Guard/Reserves
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, admissions, or healthcare recruiting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong professional communication skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

• Inside phone sales experience with a minimum of 2 years in a high-volume setting
• Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
• Proficient in technology applications used within the organization, including Google Suite
