- Goal-oriented and metric-focused mindset
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) skills are a plus
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
- Familiarity with the insurance industry and its products
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
