Accountabilities
  • Sell supply chain software solutions to new and existing customers.
  • Prospect, identify, develop, negotiate, and close new opportunities.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets.
  • Drive the sales process from qualifying leads to closing.
  • Exceed sales targets through strategic account management.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and management of sales metrics.
  • Present effectively to a variety of stakeholders and departments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the sales cycle.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of successful sales and account executive experience.
  • Experience in supply chain and global trade solutions.
  • Ability to teach and provide unique insights to customers.
  • Expertise in identifying customer business drivers.
  • Proven record of influencing customer decisions.
  • Self‑motivated attitude with a focus on opportunity development.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN).
  • Understanding of customer acquisition processes.
  • Experience engaging with clients on enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong communication skills for proposals and presentations.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Availability for 30 to 50% travel.
