What You Can Expect
Zoom is looking for Commercial Account Executives to sell our Zoom Workplace Platform within the Healthcare vertical. Our Commercial AEs engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Workplace platform. You’ll build positive, trusted relationships with C‑Suite decision makers and help customers realize the value of their investments.

Through strategic partnerships and a customer‑centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.
Responsibilities- Qualifying leads and performing needs assessments, engaging technical resources as required.
- Creating, delivering, and managing client presentations and proposals, and coordinating quarterly business reviews.
- Conducting high‑level conversations with C‑level and VP‑level executives.
- Developing and maintaining business within existing accounts, managing complex sales situations and sales campaigns.
- Upselling and leveraging business from new and established customer relationships.
- Working strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities, challenges, and provide recommended solutions.
- Experience in a quota‑carrying sales role.
- Experience prospecting net new logos, developing and maintaining business within existing accounts and managing complex sales and projects.
- Experience with business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills.
- Experience conducting product demonstrations with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging.
- Able to travel as needed.
Base Salary: $ – $ (Total Direct Compensation includes base, bonus, and equity).
