- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at the senior leadership level
- Document client business structures and needs to propose tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive product penetration and revenue growth
- Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities using Salesforce to document calls and client interactions
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combinations of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time as needed
- Exceptional understanding of the automotive industry and dealership operations
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- 4+ years of experience selling automotive retail products or equivalent CRM software
- Experience working with large dealer groups, strategic accounts, or OEMs
- Proven experience in leading conversations and presentations at senior levels
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM for sales management
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
