- Identify sales opportunities, present solutions, and close business across assigned dealership groups to achieve sales goals
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at the Senior Leadership level within dealer groups
- Document client business structures and decision-making patterns to provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth and product penetration
- Manage a sales pipeline using Salesforce to track opportunities and client interactions
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years of experience in a related field; alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry and dealership operations
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- 4+ years of experience selling automotive retail products or equivalent CRM software
- 2+ years of experience selling to large dealer groups or OEMs
- Experience in leading conversations and presentations at senior levels with executive presence
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and its functionalities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
