Position: Account Executive, Acute Care and Monitoring (IA/NE)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive sales growth and market share by promoting the Respiratory & Monitoring Solutions portfolio to key clinical leaders
  • Develop and expand territory through effective management and sales techniques
  • Provide education and training to clinical end-users and hospital staff within assigned territory
  • Gather market intelligence and seek to develop new business opportunities
  • Establish and foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders and ensure timely resolution of customer technical issues
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND at least 6+ years of field sales experience OR
  • Associate’s Degree AND at least 4+ years of field sales experience OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree AND at least 2+ years of field sales experience
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to multiple accounts
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle conflicting priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 3+ years of hospital or medical sales experience
  • Clinical experience or background in clinically-related sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport
  • Strong problem-solving skills with patience and persistence
  • Highly organized and self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously
