Strategic Account Manager Fire Services – North East

Location: Fully Remote — must be based in MS, AL, NC, GA, or SC

Industry: Industrial Fire Protection / Industrial Services

Employment Type: Exempt

Must-have Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of consultative B2B sales experience in industrial services
  • Direct downstream experience supporting refineries, petrochemical, or chemical plants
  • Strong knowledge of industrial fire protection systems, inspections, and compliance requirements
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-site strategic accounts
  • Executive-level communication skills with the ability to lead contract negotiations and account strategy
Position Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager Fire Services – North East to lead and expand key owner accounts across downstream industrial environments. This is a fully remote role, with candidates required to be based in MS, AL, NC, GA, or SC.

The role focuses on building long-term partnerships, driving account growth, and expanding enterprise-level fire protection service agreements with downstream industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and grow strategic industrial fire protection accounts
  • Engage client leadership on fire risk, compliance, and system lifecycle needs
  • Drive revenue through new opportunities, renewals, and cross-selling service solutions
  • Lead multi-site and enterprise contract negotiations
  • Forecast pipeline activity and consistently exceed revenue targets
  • Partner internally to ensure strong service execution and client satisfaction
