Position: Small Commercial Insurance Call Center Sales Support Specialist

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Partner with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process, building leads and scheduling call-backs to small business owners
  • Prioritize customer relationships by being responsive, following up on quotes, and closing sales

  • Support a high-performing sales culture by managing daily work activities confidently

    Handle inbound sales calls and manage outbound communications to close sales
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
  • Call center experience
  • Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance experience
  • Goal-oriented and metric-focused with strong organizational skills
  • Comfort in balancing inbound sales calls with outbound communications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in a call center environment
  • Bilingual (Spanish speaking) skills
