What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and nurture positive relationships with brokerage distribution agencies for seamless collaboration
  • Drive business results by crafting, negotiating, and implementing impactful marketing and action plans
  • Manage travel plans aligned with clients' business goals and provide comprehensive trip summary reports
  • Coordinate sales efforts across multiple home office functions, ensuring commitments are delivered
  • Stay informed on industry shifts and provide strategic input on brokerage distribution arrangements
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and servicing producers or agencies within the financial industry
  • Proven sales success and thorough experience in the life and health marketplace
  • Strong understanding of Inspirational Marketing and Simplified Issue distribution channels
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, presentation, and training skills
  • Ability to transform information into actionable plans
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with in the Inspirational Marketing and Simplified Issue distribution channel
  • Proficient with MS Office, Salesforce, Zoom, Allego, and Tableau
  • High-level understanding of data feeds and operational tools specific to the brokerage distribution channel
  • Securities registration, Series 6 & 63 preferred
