• Partner with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process, building leads and scheduling call-backs to small business owners
• Prioritize customer relations by being responsive, following up on open quotes, and closing sales
• Communicate The Hartford’s value proposition effectively to potential clients
• Support a high-performing sales culture by managing daily work activities confidently and efficiently
• Balance inbound sales calls with outbound and email communications to close sales

• Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade, along with a competitive nature and strong desire to win
• Call center experience
• Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance experience
• Goal-oriented and metric-focused with outstanding organization and time management skills
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus

• Experience in a call center environment
• Familiarity with personal or small commercial insurance products
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls
