- Lead the growth of the employer's business in Italy, focusing on achieving quarterly bookings and ARR growth targets
- Manage, coach, and develop a small team of Account Executives while engaging directly with customers
- Drive new logo acquisition and shape long-term strategies for larger accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align territory coverage and ensure consistent execution
- Analyze pipeline and performance data to adjust strategies and inform regional growth
- Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams, preferably in Italy
- Ability to design and execute a country go-to-market plan with disciplined deal execution
- Strong relationship-building skills to foster trust and empathy with customers and team members
- Familiarity with B2B software or technology sales and open source/Dev Sec Ops concepts
- Comfort operating in an all-remote environment and using CRM and marketing automation systems
- Proven track record in coaching and developing sales talent
- Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC
- Ability to balance hands-on field work with strategic leadership
- Understanding of market trends and customer needs in the software industry
