Business Development Manager - Fire & Security

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team and help expand our presence across the fire and security sector.

About the Role
As Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in driving new business and nurturing existing relationships within the fire and security industry. You'll work closely with end users, consultants, and contractors to promote our full range of solutions — including fire detection, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.

Key Responsibilities
 
Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and tenders
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close
Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry regulations  About You
 
Proven track record in business development or sales within the fire / security / mechanical / facilities management industry
Strong technical understanding
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially astute
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
