Sales Development Representative (SDR) as part of our
Inside Sales team
, owning the
front end of the real estate sales pipeline through outbound outreach and lead qualification. This is a
fully remote sales development role focused on contacting homeowners, qualifying motivation, and managing lead follow-up with precision.
This position works alongside other Inside Sales Lead Managers, each owning a distinct lane in the sales process. This is
not a closing or negotiating role
. It is a structured, metrics-driven
sales development representative position responsible for pipeline health and consistency.

- Base pay plus performance-based incentives tied to lead metrics

- Make high-volume
outbound sales calls to homeowners - Qualify
real estate leads by uncovering motivation, timeline, and property details - Manage follow-up and nurture leads that are not ready today
Set well-qualified appointments within the
inside sales pipeline - Accurately document conversations and lead details in the CRM
- Maintain clean data and follow documented
lead management processes - Hit daily activity, contact, and qualification KPIs
- Consistent outbound activity and contact rates
- Clean, complete CRM records
- Strong appointment quality and show rates
- Trust and alignment across the Inside Sales team
- This is a
real estate sales development role focused on ownership, execution, and repeatable results.
- Permanent U.S. residency (required)
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home workspace
- Comfort with
outbound sales activity - 2+ years of sales experience with a strong preference for phone sales roles
- Experience in a remote working environment strongly preferred
$85,000 OTE Base + Commission
