Position: Commission-Based Estate Planning Sales Rep - Warm Leads, Big Income

Your role
  • Conduct flexible, needs-based sales presentations with prospective clients in the 55+ market.

Ideal candidate
  • 2+ years of in-home or consumer-direct sales experience, ideally in financial services, insurance, home services, or similar consultative roles.
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a commission-driven environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain important concepts in a clear, compassionate way.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities; you know how to manage your own calendar and pipeline.
  • Proficient with computers and CRM systems; able to track leads, appointments, and production accurately.
Requirements
  • Proven background in consumer-direct outside sales with a track record of closing business.
  • Genuine passion for making a positive impact on seniors and their families.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include some evenings or weekends to meet client needs.
