This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, based in Cameron, MO, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Specialist will engage in day-to-day activities such as driving sales, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities also include managing sales processes, collaborating with the broader team, and delivering customer-focused solutions to meet revenue goals.

• Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships and address client needs effectively
• Ability to provide Training and guidance to team members when necessary
• Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
• Experience in or knowledge of the media, newspaper, or publishing industry is advantageous
• A high level of initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities
