Licensed Inbound Sales Center Insurance Agent, Personal Lines

• Handle an average of 30–40 inbound calls per day in a customer‑facing role
• Maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable
• Collaborate with team members while also working independently in a fast‑paced environment

• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, with a focus on negotiating and overcoming objections
• Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to maintain a distraction‑free environment for customer interactions
• Strong capability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced work environment
• High‑speed broadband internet service with specific upload/download speed requirements

• Experience in a customer‑facing role within the insurance industry
