Position: Sales Executive Partner, Small Law

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Promote and sell Westlaw, Practical Law, and CoCounsel products through outbound calls to small law firm customers
  • Manage inbound leads and prospect for new opportunities using consultative sales techniques
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales goals through effective negotiations and product offerings
  • Demonstrate online products during pre‑sales calls using various web‑based tools
  • Gather and log sales information and customer activity accurately within the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales quota attainment experience
  • Experience in a prospecting/cold calling environment
  • Strong sales process and negotiating skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in pipeline management within a CRM environment, preferably
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • College degree in business, sales, or a related field
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation abilities
  • Experience with accurate sales forecasting
