Position: Sales Executive Partner, Small Law

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Promote and sell Westlaw, Practical Law, and CoCounsel products to small law firm customers through outbound calls
  • Manage inbound leads and prospect for new business opportunities using consultative sales techniques
  • Achieve and exceed sales and telephone activity goals through effective negotiations and product offerings
  • Demonstrate online products during pre-sales calls using web-based tools
  • Gather and log call information and sales activity within the CRM system accurately
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years successful sales experience with quota attainment
  • Experience in a prospecting or cold calling environment
  • Strong sales process and negotiating skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in pipeline management within a CRM environment, preferably
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • College degree in business, sales, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation abilities
  • Experience in the legal or technology sector
