Location: This position is based in Warsaw
. Candidates residing outside of Warsaw are welcome to apply and should be open to the possibility of relocation.
- Leading a high‑performing team of inside sales professionals toward ambitious targets
- Inspiring a culture of collaboration, growth, and innovation within the sales team
- Shaping onboarding and coaching programs to accelerate team development
- Driving revenue growth by empowering team members to exceed quotas
- Overseeing daily sales activities and refining strategies to maximize impact
- Collaborating with field teams to deliver seamless territory execution
- Championing CRM adoption to ensure accurate data and informed decisions
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent blend of education and experience
- Experience inspiring and guiding teams to surpass commercial goals
- Genuine enthusiasm for mentoring others and unlocking their sales potential
- Proven record as a results‑driven inside sales professional
- Business‑level fluency in both English and German for dynamic international communication
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect across cultures and roles
- Mastery of sales methodologies and CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Familiarity with virtualization or storage technologies is an added advantage

Compensation Transparency
Veeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance‑based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, and skills.
Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.
