• Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking enterprise clients, addressing their needs and inquiries.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses to offer tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
• Conduct thorough consultations and strategy sessions to guide clients in implementing effective business solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and alignment with client goals.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and continuous engagement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to provide clients with up-to-date advice and strategies.
• Assist clients in addressing any challenges they may face throughout their engagement.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, particularly with enterprise-level clients.
• Strong understanding of business solutions and the ability to consult effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
• Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical thinker with a strong problem-solving capability.
