Role DescriptionFresh is seeking a full-time Account Services Manager to join our team, based in Omaha, NE, with the flexibility to work remotely or in-office. In this role, you will manage client accounts, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to drive business growth.
You will develop and implement strategies to meet client objectives, collaborate closely with internal teams to execute projects, and maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the process. Occasional travel will be required to support client meetings and strategic engagements.
Qualifications- Strong account management and customer service skills, with the ability to oversee client relationships and deliver outcomes aligned with client goals
- Proven analytical skills to interpret data, assess client needs, and develop actionable solutions
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams
- Demonstrated ability to drive high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service and consistent follow-through
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced workplace
- Willingness and ability to travel periodically to support client engagements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an account management role
- While this role allows for remote work, applicants must be able to travel to the Omaha office periodically for meetings and team events
