North America Key Account Manager – Cable and Connectivity Solutions

The North America Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts within the cable and connectivity industry. This full-time hybrid position, based in Woodridge, IL, allows for a blend of on-site and remote work. Key responsibilities include developing business plans, engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and driving the company's sales and business development objectives across North America.

The role requires strong collaboration with various teams to ensure client satisfaction and the achievement of sales targets.

• Strong skills in Account Management and experience working with Key Accounts
• Proven abilities in Business Planning and effectively developing strategies for account growth
• Customer Service experience with a focus on providing exceptional client engagement
• Strong Analytical Skills to identify trends and opportunities and to support decision-making
• Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid role and manage time effectively, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities
• Experience with in the cable and connectivity, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
