Position: Sales Executive Partner, Small Law

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Promote and sell Westlaw, Practical Law, and CoCounsel products through outbound phone calls to small law firm customers
  • Manage inbound leads and prospect for new business opportunities using consultative sales techniques
  • Participate in pre‑sales calls and demonstrate products using web‑based tools
  • Gather and log all call information, sales orders, and profile activity within the Salesforce CRM system
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive information for internal business decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales quota attainment experience
  • Experience in a prospecting/cold‑calling environment
  • Strong sales process and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in pipeline management within a CRM environment, specifically
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • College degree in business, sales, or a related field
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation skills
  • Ability to adapt and embrace change in a fast‑paced environment
