Area Sales Manager

This is a full-time remote role for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales within an assigned territory, build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, meeting sales goals, collaborating with the internal team, and providing solutions to meet client needs. Traveling within the designated area to meet with clients and attend industry events is also required.

• Sales and Business Development skills, with experience in building client relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Strategic Planning and Analytical Thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present and influence stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and organizational abilities for managing remote work and independently achieving objectives.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales/marketing tools is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic area as needed.
• Previous experience in wholesale distribution and/or in the regions served by the company is a plus.
