- Utilize Salesforce for reporting and deal progression, tracking KPIs related to sales opportunities
- Gather client and market intelligence to understand customer needs within the assigned territory
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in a consultative selling environment to C-level executives
- 4‑year college degree or equivalent experience
- Strong working knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Proficient in MS Office products and able to work from a home office
- Experience selling West products or working within the legal publishing industry
- Strong understanding of large law accounts and their needs
- High level of competency with internet and internal prospecting
- Proficient database management skills
