Position: Director of Sales, United States Navy (USN)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Direct and oversee the entire sales process for MIMO-MANET products within the United States Navy (USN) account domain
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the USN market while identifying new opportunities
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to enhance sales development
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor actions to inform strategic business decisions
  • Build a robust pipeline of business opportunities and regularly update the CRM database
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Prior US DoD military service, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility
  • Deep understanding of USN procurement processes and relevant military applications
  • Experience leading all phases of business capture including proposals and strategic positioning
  • Must have clearance at the SECRET level or the ability to obtain one within 12 months
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Minimum 4 years of business development and sales experience in a technical field
  • Extensive experience with US Navy or Naval Special Warfare (NSW)
  • Strong technical acumen regarding US Navy tactical communications challenges
  • Proven track record of successful sales in MANET and radio solutions
  • Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
